			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Just by conjuring up a strong mental image of what we really want in our mind, can everything really fall into place?  It is said this will happen, if you will apply this wonderful phenomenon in your life and impress it deeply in your mind, heart and soul, thereby creating an upbeat stream of pure positive thoughts across the universe. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Are you ready to be intrigued with the secret of creative visualization?</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Creative visualization is the process of forming a vibrant and detailed picture in your mind of whatever you want.  Whatever one conceives, one can achieve.  The mental images formed are essential in fueling the entire process of achieving your goals, dreams and aspirations.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is the true starting point, everything you see around you had first to exist as a simple thought in someone&#8217;s mind, before it could be thought out and then created.   </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Visualization is said to provide as much benefit as actually carrying out the activity, this is because we often find pictures and stories the easiest to remember.  When you hold in mind an activity or visualize yourself carrying out an activity there is as much brain activity, as when you are actually doing it.  </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Good visualization starts with a clear and concise image in mind of your ideal outcome or goal.  </em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Picture the scene that you would most like to create, no matter what it is, visualize yourself succeeding.  You can use your imagination to reinforce the image you have in mind and if any negative thoughts arise when you are visualizing, then simply let the negative thoughts go!  </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For best results we should visualize all the steps involved in our activity or goal and not just the outcome.  To do this simply start out with your final step in mind and then work your way backwards until you reach the first step or starting point!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Everything that has happened in your life in the distant past, whatever is currently happening in the present state and even that which will be happening in the near future, have been created in your mind at one point or another.  They were formed concretely by virtue of the mental images you generated. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This seemingly simple exercise will bring you to greater heights and take you to places you never knew existed, or even gave a thought to in the past.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The other, on reading in his morning paper that the bank in which his money was deposited had hopelessly failed, and that he had lost all, quietly and firmly remarked,</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>‘’Well, it’s gone, and trouble and worry won’t bring it back, but hard work will.”</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">He went to work with renewed vigor, and rapidly became prosperous, while the former man, continuing to mourn the loss of his money, and to grumble at his ‘’bad luck,” remained the sport and tool of adverse circumstances, in reality of his own weak and slavish thoughts.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The loss of money was a curse to the one because he clothed the event with dark and dreary thoughts; it was a blessing to the other, because he threw around it thoughts of strength, of hope, and renewed endeavor.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>If circumstances had the power to bless or harm</strong>, they would bless and harm all people alike, but the fact that the same circumstances will be alike good and bad to different people proves that the good or bad is not in the circumstance, but only in the mind of the person that encounters it.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">When you begin to realize this you will begin to control your thoughts</span>, to regulate and discipline your mind, and to rebuild the inward temple of your soul, eliminating all useless and superfluous material, and incorporating into your being thoughts alone of joy and serenity, of strength and life, of compassion and love, of beauty and immortality; and as you do this you will become joyful and serene, strong and healthy, compassionate and loving, and beautiful with the beauty of immortality.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">And as we clothe events with the drapery of our own thoughts, so likewise do we clothe the objects of the visible world around us, and where one sees discord and ugliness, another sees harmony and beauty …</p>
